All 1-On-1 Care Matters, LLC caregivers are highly trained and experienced in providing the care and services that are needed for you or your loved one. They are all bonded, insured, and have extensive national background checks before being placed in someone's home. Many of our caregivers have experience in the home care and respite care field.
Personalized Case Management
1-On-1 Care Matters, LLC has qualified case managers on staff who visit with clients and family members in their homes to evaluate and assess their individual needs to ensure a perfect placement. We recognize the importance of compatibility between the personalities of both client and caregiver; therefore, our caregivers are carefully matched with each client.
Long-Term Continuity & Ongoing Support
It is our goal to keep the same caregiver with a client so that they become like a family member. After a caregiver is placed, we keep in touch on a regular basis with both client and caregiver to make sure the client is receiving the best possible care.
